Return Policy

Return Period:
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product.

Return Conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at minipawboutique1@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case MiniPaws Boutique will cover the costs.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
